ABOUT US
WE BELIEVE IN
GOD, THE FATHER
we believe in a loving God, our Father and Creator. He is not merely a distant deity, but a compassionate and engaged presence in our lives. Like a loving parent, He embraces us with warmth and tenderness, offering us unconditional love and care (Psalm 103:13). Yet, this loving Father is also the source and foundation of all that is. Through his immense power and creative wisdom, He brought everything into existence, including us (1 Corinthians 8:6, Ephesians 4:6, Isaiah 64:8). This realization inspires awe and reverence within us. We stand in awe of his almighty presence, his boundless power and wisdom (2 Corinthians 6:18, Revelation 1:8). Knowing Him as both the loving embrace and the source of all creation fills us with a sense of wonder, gratitude, and trust. We find comfort in his love, strength in his power, and purpose in his plan for our lives.
WE BELIEVE IN
JESUS, THE SON
we believe in Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, existing as the divine Son of God from all eternity (Isaiah 9:6, John 8:58). Sent as our Savior, He bridged the chasm between humanity and God, redeeming us from the consequences of sin and offering the path to eternal life (Acts 4:12, Romans 3:23, 1 John 4:14, Luke 2:11). His sacrifice on the cross was an act of boundless love, demonstrating the depth of God’s compassion for his creation. Now, He reigns as the King of Kings, eternally above all powers and authorities (Ephesians 1:20-21, Revelation 19:16, Revelation 17:14). His Kingdom, established in the hearts of believers and destined to encompass the entire world, offers hope, justice, and peace that transcends the limitations of the present age (John 18:36). We stand in awe of His majesty, forever grateful for His sacrifice and His love, and we await the full manifestation of His eternal Kingdom.
WE BELIEVE IN
HOLY SPIRIT, THE COUNSELOR, THE HELPER
we believe in the Holy Spirit, our divine Helper and Counselor (John 14:16, 15:26). He is not simply a distant force, but a personal presence who walks beside us, ever ready to offer comfort, guidance, and strength. He illuminates our understanding of God’s will, unraveling the hidden depths of scripture and revealing his purpose for our lives (John 16:13-14, 14:26). He transforms our hearts and minds, replacing them with the character of Christ and enabling us to live abundantly in his love (Galatians 5:22-23). As we grow in Christ-likeness, we ultimately glorify God, reflecting his perfect image in the world (Romans 8:29). We recognize this profound connection between the Holy Spirit and God himself. Just as the human spirit unveils the innermost thoughts of a person (1 Corinthians 2:10-12), the Holy Spirit perfectly comprehends the mind and heart of God. Therefore, we affirm the truth that the Holy Spirit is not merely an attribute of God, but is one with God himself, existing in perfect unity and harmony with the Father and the Son in the Holy Trinity.
WE BELIEVE IN
CHURCH
we believe the Church is Jesus’ divine plan, envisioned by Him and established through His power (Matthew 16:18). It is not merely a building, but a living community of believers united as one body (Romans 12:4-5, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17). Together, we build a spiritual temple, with Jesus himself as the cornerstone, our foundation, and source of strength (1 Peter 2:4-10). Just as He is the Groom and the Church is His bride (Revelation 19:7-9), we wholeheartedly submit to His leadership (Ephesians 5:24). Recognizing our imperfections, we strive for continual growth in holiness, honoring Him both individually and as a collective community (Ephesians 5:27). In this journey of faith, we support and encourage one another, reflecting the love and unity that He embodied. We believe the Church serves as a beacon of hope, offering a place of belonging, growth, and service to all who seek to follow Jesus.
WE BELIEVE IN
BIBLE, THE WORD OF GOD
we believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, not simply a collection of historical accounts, but living scripture that breathes with enduring truth and transforming power (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Breathed out by God Himself, it equips us for His work and offers timeless guidance relevant to every generation (Matthew 24:35). Its message transcends time, speaking powerfully to our hearts and offering profound insights into the nature of God, ourselves, and the path towards Him (Hebrews 4:12-13). Rooted in historical evidence and displaying remarkable internal consistency, the Bible serves as our foundation. We recognize its enduring power to not only inform our minds but also to guide our steps, offering comfort, wisdom, and direction as we navigate life’s journey.
WE BELIEVE IN
RESURRECTION
we believe in the glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ, a triumphant victory over death that offers us the unshakeable hope of our own rising (Romans 8:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:14, Luke 24:6-7, Matthew 28:5-6). He is not just risen, but He declares Himself “the resurrection and the life” (John 11:25-26). Through faith in Him, we too can overcome death, the ultimate consequence of sin and a source of fear that has long held humanity captive (Hebrews 2:14-15, Isaiah 25:8). The fear of death no longer needs to hold us back, allowing us to embrace each day with purpose, gratitude, and a deeper appreciation for the gift of life. In the face of this incredible hope, we find the courage to love more deeply, serve more faithfully, and share the life-giving message of Christ with the world.
WE BELIEVE IN
JUDGEMENT
we believe in a final judgement, with Jesus Christ holding authority over the destiny of all (John 5:21-25). For those who have placed their faith in Him, there is the confident assurance of eternal life (1 John 5:11-13, Romans 8:1). However, those who reject Him remain separated from God’s eternal love and face the reality of eternal separation (Revelation 20:12-15). This truth motivates us to live a life of faith, sharing the message of Christ’s love and redemption with the world so that all may have the opportunity to experience the hope of eternal life in Him.
WE BELIEVE IN
SANCTIFICATION
the Scripture teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). We believe in the ongoing process of sanctification, a transformation journey made possible through Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 6:11). This journey, though initiated by God’s grace, requires our active participation in dying to our selfish desires and aligning ourselves with His will (2 Corinthians 5:17). While we stumble and fall, God’s love and forgiveness remain constant, encouraging us to rise again and persevere in pursuing holiness (Hebrews 10:10, Hebrews 10:14). It is a lifelong process, dependent not on our own strength, but on God’s empowering presence working within us (1 Thessalonians 5:23, Philippians 1:6). We actively seek this transformation, knowing that God faithfully completes the good work He begins in us.
WE BELIEVE IN
BAPTISM, WATER AND SPIRIT
we believe that water baptism is a significant step of obedience and public declaration for those who have received salvation (Mark 1:9, Mark 16:16, Acts 8:12). Following Christ’s own example, we choose to be immersed in water as a powerful symbol of death to our old life and resurrection into a new life in Him (Colossians 2:12-14, Romans 6:4).
Furthermore, we believe in the Holy Spirit’s baptism, a distinct experience from water baptism. This baptism refers to a deeper filling of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers to live faithfully and carry out the good works Christ has called them to do (Acts 1:4-5). The Holy Spirit enables us to live a life of holiness, teaches us the ways of Jesus, points us ever closer to Him, and equips us with the power and authority to share the Gospel and glorify Him (Acts 1:8, Acts 4:8, 4:31, 11:24). Through both water baptism and the Holy Spirit’s baptism, we commit to following Christ, serving His purposes, and living lives that reflect His love and power in the world.
WHAT WE VALUE
(Malachi 3:16-17, Colossians 3:1-3, 1. John 3:2-3)
At the core of our faith is a simple truth: God loved us first. This love, shown in the sacrifice of His Son, inspires us to know Him better. We believe this journey is not only possible but essential, as it brings us true joy, purpose, and the strength to face life’s challenges. We are not just churchgoers but children seeking their Father, longing for His love. We desire every volunteer to cultivate a close, personal relationship with God.
(Psalm 16:11, Psalm 27:4, Psalm 100:2, James 4:8, Jeremiah 33:3, Exodus 33:14-16)
We long for God because He has everything we need. Every step and choice is driven by this longing. We know that with Him, we find true peace, purpose, healing, and love. It’s not just a want, it’s essential. His Presence is crucial to all we do and who we are. Without His presence, the church wouldn’t be anointed. His presence has the power to transform everything. It changes hearts, making them more open and receptive to His love. It alters the atmosphere, filling it with a sense of peace and divine purpose. It changes lives, bringing about profound and lasting transformation that guides us closer to Him.
1 Corinthians 12:12-14, 1 Corinthians 1:10-13, John 17:21)
As the Body of Christ, we are united in our love for Jesus and our commitment to living according to His teachings. We actively seek to love one another through acts of service, shared meals, and open communication. By practicing forgiveness, humility, and compassion, we strive to create a community that reflects Jesus.
(John 1:1, Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Psalm 12:6)
We see the Bible as the true and perfect word of God, always relevant and speaking to us. In its pages, God talks to our hearts, guiding, comforting, and challenging us as we look for Him. We believe the Bible is for everyone, not just the spiritually advanced. It is a gift for all. Read the scriptures yourself, as it has the power to change us into who God wants us to be.
(Acts 1:8, Timothy 1:7, John 16:13, Romans 8:14-17, John 14:26)
Jesus’ gift of the Holy Spirit lights up our lives. He guides us, giving us the tools, strength and ability to follow Christ with purpose and joy. We long for a revival, a greater openness to His presence, where hearts become softer and more in tune with His voice. We believe the Holy Spirit is a lively force within us, God’s children. We cherish His guidance and eagerly wait for His influence to shape our lives, worship, and service.
